Lettings commence from 3.00 pm on Friday and terminate at 11.00 am on Friday. Please leave the house as you find it.

The fee is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. One quarter of the fee secures the booking, refundable upon cancellation, provided the house can be relet.
